Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Gaanth Studio, every piece is individually handcrafted and made in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations inherent to handmade craftsmanship.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We will assist you if:
- The product arrives damaged or materially defective.
- You receive a product different from the one you ordered.
- An item is missing from your order.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and its packaging.
We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package, as this may help us assess transit damage or missing/incorrect items.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by Gaanth Studio, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Handmade Variations
Every Gaanth Studio piece is crocheted by hand. Slight differences in stitch placement, texture, dimensions, flower positioning, shape or colour may naturally occur from one piece to another.
These variations are part of the character of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects or grounds for return, exchange or refund.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
