At Gaanth Studio, every piece is handcrafted with care. We aim to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible while giving each piece the attention it deserves.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after the order is confirmed.
As our products are handmade and produced in small batches, certain products may occasionally require additional preparation time. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders generally reach you within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or serviceability in certain locations.
Shipping Charges

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Handmade Products
Please note that every Gaanth Studio piece is handcrafted. Small variations in stitches, texture, dimensions, colour, or floral placement are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
